A yellow-flowered climbing plant that is native to China and commonly grown in gardens.It mostly occurs wild as a garden throw-out or a relic of cultivation. Once established it grows rapidly in our climate and spreads at a rapid rate. It is sometimes found on sand dunes and a well-established population on Crymlyn Burrows has been known for a number of decades.
