Luzula nivea Snow-white Woodrush

The pure white flowers distinguish this rhizomatous, perennial woodrush which is grown in gardens and sometimes planted for amenity on trading and industrial estates. Where naturalised it can persist for a number of years. It is rarely recorded in West Glamorgan.
